NLAlston
Yes, new to the forum, and have no doubt that I will be very happy, here. Some years back, I had added a scroll saw to my little shop, and had only done just a few things on it. Nothing much to mention, and it mostly just gathered dust, as I would lend myself to other woodworking ventures. But I, very recently, got bit (and HARD) by the 'scroll saw bug', and I have doing all that I could to arm myself with as much information as possible. There were issues with my old saw (Delta 40-540), and I figured it to be a wise move to get another saw. My father's day present, from my wife and children, was a Dewalt 788 scroll saw, with light & stand. It was ordered from Grizzley Industries, and it is scheduled to be here on Tuesday. I CAN'T WAIT to get it . amazingkevin

Rockytime
Welcome Nathan. Yep, the scrolling bug is intensive. I have nearly forsaken all my other hobbies for scrolling. You'll like it here.

heppnerguy
So happy for you. A DeWalt saw is a great saw and I already know you will enjoy using it. You will quickly find that it is an easy saw to use and will make your sawing experience really relaxing and fun. Glad you came here to the Village. If you have any questions about scrolling or your new saw, just ask. Dick heppnerguy
