kmmcrafts
Mail lady stopped today.. which I thought was weird because I hadn't ordered anything or scheduled any pick-ups.. anyway.. she asked me since she knew I did woodwork if I'd be interested in making a rolling pin holder.. she is remodeling her kitchen and doing a retro style decor.. the pin holder will need to hold about 4-5 pins.. on the backer.. she wants it extended and a 60's VW van either cut out or wood burned into the wood.. she prefered wood burned outlines so she can paint it.. Said she had plans for over a year for this piece but with working and everything she hasn't been able to get out to the woodshop.. Turns out she not only a mail lady.. she is also a graphics artist.. maybe I'll have a new pattern designer, LOL Anyone ever made a rolling pin holder... I never knew what they was.. but that's not surprising since the kitchen and I don't get along the greatest.. except the microwave and the toaster oven actually not a bad cook.. but... baking is a different story, LOL lawson56 and OCtoolguy
jollyred
I've never made a rolling pin holder, but I would think they would be like a rifle rack that holds the rifles horizontally. Since rolling pins come in different lengths, might want to find out what lengths and diameters she is wanting to store. Be sure to let us see the results.
