Shelf Liner - New Source

After Amazon stopped carrying the 12" wide shelf liner I started ordering it from Walmart.  It was $5.64 a roll for a while but jumped up to $8.64 now.  So I started googling and found it at Michael's online for $6.79 a roll but if you order in bulk (12 rolls) and use the code BULKW20 you get 20% off bringing it down to $5.43 a roll. 

One thing is though that from Michael's it's only 30ft long per roll where as from Walmart it's 36ft long. 16.67% less, but still cheaper than Walmart ($8.64 less 16.67% = $7.20)

I just placed an order, hopefully it's the same stuff and works as well as what I'm used to.

My wife came home this week with a roll from WalMart. I asked her how much it was. She said, "I don't know, I just thought you needed it." I guess I'm the only one who worries about such things. Otherwise she is a very frugal person.

I buy contact brand pretty sure I payed 4.99 last time at my local Walmart 

for 36ft roll

My local dollar stores have it... if I remember correct the are much much shorter rolls and i think they only have the wide rolls whatever they are 18"? anyway the 12 inch wide stuff is much more user friendly in my opinion.. I keep rolls of both so when I do a larger project I use the wide stuff.. but I use about 20 rolls of the 12" wide stuff to my 1 roll of the wide stuff..

I went to Walmart today and bought two rolls and it was $ 5.74 a roll.  Strange its more expensive where you live Iggy. Good old Walmart.

Hey Grizz, I saw that pricing online, which is how I've always ordered it.  Great that it's still cheaper in the stores.

Shelf liner from Michael's just arrived and a nice surprise... they are the 36' rolls that I'm accustomed to.  Same brand (Duck) and everything.  I'm very happy now.

Some of you have been reporting that at Walmart stores, the price is still around $5.64 which is great.  I wish they were charging that online, I wouldn't have had to go searching for a new supplier.

Iggy, That's how Walmart makes up for free shipping if the order is over $35! Nothing is free regardless of how it is stated!
