Popular Post Rockytime Posted July 19, 2018 Popular Post Report Posted July 19, 2018 I cut this pattern and used it for a #5 Pegas MG test. I had purchased the Pegas blades when I first started scrolling. I knew nothing about blades so I just picked up some Olsen blades as well as a dozen Pegas blades from Woodcraft. I tried the Pegas and did not like them as I thought they were too aggressive. I did not think I could control them. About two years later I had two blades left and tried them on this pattern. Having scrolled for some time they no longer seemed too aggressive. I found that they did not tend to wander off the pattern line. They worked very well on straight cuts. I'm sold. Last evening I ordered a gross including #'s 3, 5, 7, 9 blades. cutting is yet to receive a finish. Sam777, Phantom Scroller, Scrolling Steve and 7 others 10 Quote

Charlie E Posted July 20, 2018 Report Posted July 20, 2018 Great looking work. I haven't tried the Pegas MG blades. I'm so used to cutting at an angle with my FDUR's I imagine it would take me a while to adjust. Quote
wombatie Posted July 20, 2018 Report Posted July 20, 2018 That is beautiful. You did an excellent job. Marg Quote

Funny, Rocky, I too had the same feeling about the Pegas blades until I used them when I cut my Eiffel Tower a couple of months ago. I also found that I indeed liked them and I also immediately ordered more. Great minds think the same thought Dick heppnerguy Quote
