munzieb Posted September 4, 2018 Report Posted September 4, 2018 (edited) I was going through some pictures of our last trip to Las Vegas and found a picture of one of our company partners and his wife. We were having dinner at the Cosmopolitain. Great time.! 1/8" BBPW on 1/4" backer and lacqured. The cutting definitely goes faster than cleaning up the pattern. I always do the eyes first because if I screw them up, I might as well start again. Edited September 5, 2018 by munzieb spelling bobscroll, amazingkevin, New Guy and 5 others 8 Quote

wombatie Posted September 5, 2018 Report Posted September 5, 2018 Another fabulous portrait Bernd. Someone once told me always start at the hardest part, that way if it goes pear shaped you haven't wasted a lot of time, I agree. Marg munzieb 1 Quote

I only drill those areas first. If I screw up, I still have a pretty good piece of scrap wood for the next project. Quote
