Pen Holders for desk sets

Hey guys, I am looking to make a few desk sets for gifts but cannot find the pen holders anywhere and was wondering if anyone out there knows where I can get a few of these. I have attached a picture of the one that I had bought many years ago to give you an idea of the item.

I'm sure someone else will have a couple other suppliers. this was the first place that came to me. I have bought from them before(not the pen holders) but other supplies and patterns. they have great service
