how do I remove the bearing so I can change the blade clamp on my Ex 21.

I noticed that my blade clamp screw was wobbling so I ordered a new blade clamp. . I cant figure out how to remove the bearing so I can replace it with the new one. . It is probably something simple but I can t figure it out. .. Thanks for any advice.

Okay.. so I guess I'm not quite understanding your question.. 

You don't need to remove any bearings to change the blade chuck.. Now.. you might need to move the bearing sleeves.. Once you remove the nuts on the hex head screws.. and slide out the screws.. you should be able to push the sleeve out if I remember correctly.. I did have one of them on mine that was sort of jammed or stuck but wiggling the clamp around helped as I used a small screw driver to sort of push on the sleeve..

I agree with Kevin it should just slide right out. I have changed mine a couple times. They do stick but with something a little bit larger than the screw should push the sleeve right out. Push gently and wiggle the blade chuck

Yeah the sleeve is what I was talking about. I can't seem to.get the out.. Making me angry . I have want to be sawing. Thought it was going to be an easy fix.

Thanks to my son . He figured out how to fix it. So now I am ready to saw again. After the football game. Go pokes.
