OCtoolguy Posted October 22, 2018 Author Report Share Posted October 22, 2018 A little bit of an update......I cut and applied my patterns to eight pieces of mahogany today. I cut out 2 of the panels and they came out waaaaay better than the ones I cut out of the aromatic cedar. They appear to be much stronger too. I think I might go ahead and get some 1/4" mahogany and recut a couple of the pieces that are cedar. I think in the long run, the whole thing will be stronger.
