I was thinking that I had not cut any intarsia for a long time and thought I would do that just for the practice. I can see I am pretty rusty, so they say. with intarsia but glad I made the effort. I like the subject matter and not sure what to do with it but Maybe I will just offer it on my Facebook page and see if anyone might be interested in it. Otherwise it will just hang in my shop to remind myself that I need to do a few of these to stay in practice. I still struggle a lot with the gluing process and that has always been my biggest problem with intarsia. I seem to get my pieces misaligned and then there is not looking back, Once you get something out of line, every other piece has to follow up with the error and it just magnifies from there. It is a nice pattern and who knows, perhaps I will try it again some time. Sorry for the bad lighting exposure.
