Popular Post RabidAlien
Started cutting this one yesterday afternoon, finished up this evening. Having a full-time job, family, and delusions of getting back into shape ("hey...I *have* a beach body!!! Ever see a beach without sand dunes? I'm a dune. You're welcome."), there's not much time left in the evenings. So after finishing the cuts and some quick edging with a nail file to get rid of the worst feathers, I'm calling it for the night. I'll finish up sanding the two Steve Good patterns tomorrow, and try to get a coat of stain on em. I'm thinking dark walnut. munzieb, amazingkevin, Sam777 and 12 others

JTTHECLOCKMAN
nice cutting I like your style clean straight lines and nice fluid curves. I am one of those that always look for that stuff and I can judge the talent of the scroller. RabidAlien

The only problem with having multiple Steve Good patterns is.....figuring out which one to cut next. ChelCass

RabidAlien
Finished with BLO. Question regarding BLO....how does everyone apply it, and what does one do with the excess afterwards? Best advice I overheard was to put your piece in a ziploc bag (if its small enough...these two were...barely...), pour in the BLO, and start rotating to get everything covered. Fine and dandy, works wonders for getting inside those tiny crevices that my paintbrushes always seemed to miss, but what to do with the leftover? Pour it back in the container, or dispose of it?
