Popular Post Charlie E
These are fun little cars to make for the toddlers in your family. They fit in their little hands really well. I uploaded the pattern to the library in case anyone is interested in making some stocking stuffers. I finish mine with non toxic dye I get at Hobby Lobby and mineral oil in case they decide to take a bite. Hobby Lobby may have quit carrying this dye. It's FolkArt brand dye. Here it is on Amazon-https://www.amazon.com/d/Art-Paints/FolkArt-Assorted-Colors-5614-Tantalizing/B01ETT4IK0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1542748110&sr=8-1&keywords=folk+art+dye Edited November 20, 2018 by Charlie E Lucky2, amazingkevin, JAC1961 and 10 others

John B
Very nice Charlie and suitable. I used to make a lot of kids toys. They bring out the child in you just making them. Have fun. Charlie E

JAC1961
Excellent work. I really like that design. I'd make some for our grandson, but he already has 2 boxes of mixed vehicles I've made for him. Charlie E
MrsN
Nice looking cars! The paint/dye is nice and bright. I made a similar design years ago for some kids, and those cars drove through everything! sand, mud, snow, dirt, water. The nice grip made it easy for kids to hang onto so were often the favorite. Great work! Charlie E

Great work! Yeah, whoever named the dye colors at Hobby Lobby was a Prince Fan. They have Raspberry Beret and Purple Rain.

Here you go! I cut mine from 2X pine lumber and use a 1/2" round over router on the edges.
