Flocking is sprayed on felt. It is used alot in small jewlery boxes and things of that nature. Easy to use and comes in many colors I used it when I made these pen display boxes. On the pool table is flocking and inside where the pen rests is felt. Did you make those items in the pictures? Yes I did. I entered them in a contest over at IAP penturning site. Took first place with the pool table and second with the Piano the last 2 years.
