Anyone Know Whos Pattern This Is?

I had this design.. since this is on my website and sold out... so I made it as a made to order item.. Now I've sold it again but cannot find my pattern... I was certain it was a Steve Good pattern but cannot find it in the pattern catalog.. I think I can cut it from my picture if I had too but would rather use a pattern.. I always put my patterns that I make on a few select hard drives and thumb drives as to not loose them for when I sell things and need to remake them.. apparently I didn't add this one 😞

Thanks for any leads,

Edit to add: The Pattern was found and here is a direct line to the design on Steve Good's Blog Page

Kevin - someone else was just looking for that same similar pattern - the words over in the Scroller's Cafe in the past couple of weeks.  Seems like a couple of suggestions were made.  @Phantom Scroller Roly had made one, but its not the same one you have here.  Here are the threads to the Cafe Threads:

https://thescrollerscafe.discussion.community/post/missing-pattern-9916346?pid=1306229791 and https://thescrollerscafe.discussion.community/post/coffee-for-work-9673297?pid=1303531198 = They however are not the same as yours.  One person in the first thread suggested that Russell (maybe @Birchbark had made a pattern.)

I again, have looked several other of the usual places but didn't find that pattern for you. Hopefully someone can find it and share where it is.

Yeah I suppose I'll end up just cutting the wording from my picture.. I'm not looking for the ones with the coffee cup etc.. as my customer has already purchased the one I did a few years back.. however it was a sold out item and I re-listed as a made to order item.. Not wanting to send the customer something different than they ordered.. otherwise they can complain and end up getting it free.. via. item not as described.. so I need the exact pattern shown in my picture..

Thanks for all the help anyway,

Kevin

Create the wording in MS WORD and cut it out. Roly

It is a Steve Good pattern.. I thought it was.. and someone kindly helped me in getting the pattern... Some reason the pattern isn't found in his pattern catalog though.. so when I get a minute if I don't forget.. I'll send Steve a message about it not being found in the catalog.. I actually fired up my old laptop and found the pattern.. not sure how it got missed in my transfer to the new computer but anyway.. the important thing is.. I found it..

Thanks for all the help everyone,

Glad all worked out and you found it. I have made the same thing and is liked very well. I found the pattern and as you found out I was sure it was Steve Good Pattern, Mrs. N found the font but she is right the Coffee sinks slightly in the middle. I will put my copy back in the word art file. for now.  I am sure you are relieved to have got it straightened out quickly.

Ooops. I kinda misspoke. While I do like the pattern I would not expect anyone to share it since it should be purchased from Steve Good it indeed it is his pattern.

Well, technically Steve doesn't sell his patterns he gives them for away for free.  You just have to find the one that you want. 😉

EXCEPT you can buy his CD/DVD With all his past years items on it.  His CD from last year had all his patterns for 10 years, 2007-2017.  It cost $20 and had over 2,000 patterns on it probably when you take into account that many have multiple patterns in them. So that is about a penny per pattern for those 10 years. 😍

He usually updates it after the first of the year I think to add that past year's to it.  I did buy the CD last year thinking that would give me 10 years of his patterns.  Then today, I remembered I had it so I thought I would check it and see if I could find the pattern on it, figuring if I did, I could figure out when he posted it on the blog and find it there and then post a link to it from here to there.  Good idea - and I did find the pattern on the CD and discovered it was from 2007 - his first year of putting out patterns. BUT other then saying 2007, it does not say what month or anything on it.  So, I thought well, I would look through the 2007 posts and find it that way.  Unfortunately, I looked and may have missed it BUT I did not find it anywhere in any of his posts from 2007. 😩😔  Not so easy it would seem. 😟  I can tell you it is listed on the DVD as "wordart8" and has the "No Coffee No Workee" and "God is Awesome" patterns together.  However, a search for "wordart8" on his blog and the online pattern catalog did not turn that up either.

EDITED again :  I didn't Find  IT in his online catalog or on the blog though  .(though I did but I didn't so ignore what I say next! Didn't delete so as to not cause more confusion with followup comments.

@octoolguy Ray and @Rockytime Les, if you go here to his online pattern catalog: https://www.stevedgood.com/catalog/index.php and enter either "word art" (space between word and art or specifically  - "More Word Art-8" (no quotes) it will show up in the pattern catalog for you to download.  (I still don't find it on his blog posts though. 😕)

Thanks Melanie. I did as you suggested. What comes up is: I fish therefore I lie and On your mark get set go. Also you are correct about Steve not selling patterns. I still think the patterns should not be passed around since does depend on contributions. I have cut quite a few if his word art patterns as well as others. I download lots of them but if I cut one I always donate 5 or 10 dollars.

Since we all know now that it's Steves pattern.. and if you want it.. I'd suggest emailing Steve directly and use my picture to show him what you are looking for. maybe mention many others are interested and are having trouble finding it.. There are a lot of patterns from way back that I've done and had not been able to find in his online catalog.. I sometimes wonder about the search feature of the site as to how good it really is.. as those patterns over the years I've been able to find with just searching through all the pages of patterns... which I did for this word art.. and never did see it.. even after I found the pattern it bugged me so I went and searched the file name and came up empty.. kinda odd that Melanie found it though.. and others aren't ... she must have a smarter computer or a smart phone 😂

Have to ask where are you seeing word art8??  Not on his site and it is not in the Word Art catagory on his site. I thought maybe he added it today or something. It is not on his pattern site.

On the CD/DVD of his patterns I have is where it shows it as "word art8".

I agree about still not passing around his patterns - that we should refer people to his blog and/or pattern catalog to find one of his patterns. That is why I tried to point everyone to the correct place with the correct wording to find it in his catalog. I could not find it on the blog its self.  However, now that I look at the Word Art-8 pattern on the site, I see that it is not the same i didn't catch that - I assumed that what he had it named on the CD/DVD was the same in the online pattern catalog. 🙄 My apologies.

See my next post on 2nd page to show screen captures from CD/DVD showing the name as it is on there and why I thought it was word art8.
