That's lovely.  When I cut it, I got lazy and skipped the lines in the leaves.  Yours looks much better.  I like the rounded edge too.

That is a nice looking trivet.  Is that pattern available from this site?  Vermont being one of the largest producers of maple syrup, I would love to cut that pattern and again great job.

Good job on the piece, but my eyes immediately went to the clean veins in the leaves. 

That is sure to be treasured for years.
