scrollingforsanity
I finally received my Pegas MG blades that I ordered from Lesleys Patterns on 12/22/18 because DnD was out of #5's. I ordered on 12/22 priority mail got conformation on 12/26 that they shipped. Waited and waited and no blades. On 01/03 I emailed them and they said they would look into it. No further response. On 01/04 I emailed again and they said they were stuck in Connecticut in the post office. The post office cannot hold up priority mail. They said they would reship on 01/04. Finally got the blades today 01/09 and they were shipped 01/07. Not happy. Also the #5 blades had the notch cut in the top of the blades. I did email them and let them know I was unhappy and they needed to refund my priority shipping fees. We will see what happens. On a good note DnD has blades again and I ordered them yesterday and they shipped today. So beware if anybody orders from Lesleys you might have to wait a while. grizz Sam777, OCtoolguy and Iguanadon
Rockytime
When I first started scrolling my first blade order was from Lesley's Patterns. Took several weeks to arrive. When I called them I got an answer asking for the extension number I was trying to reach. There was no extension number. I finally received my order but not complete. ike
My oly order from then was for a pattern and I received a gross of blades. I emailed them if they sent my patterns and a self addressed envelope I would return the blades. after several emails I finally got my pattern by email but never got the self addressed envelope after several emails I used the blades. never again IKE OCtoolguy
NC Scroller
The blades with the notch are defective and will all break. From what I have read on various sites D and D pulled all the bad blades so that is why they were out of stock. They also replaced any defective blades for buyers who contacted them. Other sellers did not and it seems from your post some sellers are still selling the bad blades. OCtoolguy

scrollingforsanity
great, live and learn I guess. I have not heard back since I requested a refund on my priority shipping and I probably won't.. Going to try to send the bad blades back but am sure I will get no response. I did get my new Wen air filtration system up today. It is the smaller one. Does not seem to have as much volume as I expected but I guess time will tell. grizz OCtoolguy
kmmcrafts
The people at Lesley's patterns are great people, they are a very small business that both husband and wife work regular full time jobs.. which is why it's hard to get through to anyone by phone.. I've always gotten through by email. While i use to order from them quite a lot, I lost respect for them when I ordered some Pegas that was back ordered. They was suppose to mail out once they got their shipment of back ordered blades. I totally forgot until about 4-6 weeks later and sent an email. They said they still hadn't got the blades and that they'd call the company to see when the blades might be in.. never heard back from them but my blades came in the mail and was postmarked the same day I emailed them.. I lost respect because everyone makes errors... just own up to it.. but making up fake excuses etc turns me way off... I respect they are a small company and that they are trying to make it.. slow at getting things in the mail.... but running on lies just don't fly with me. and after reading many others having issues with them it seems they make a lot of mistakes and make a lot of excuses for those mistakes.. Too bad too... because the excuses and lies is probably what will run them out of business.. jerrye and OCtoolguy 1
scrollingforsanity
I agree kevin, they lied to me at least three times. Just own it and say they didn't get the items shipped. I certainly will not be ordering from them again any time soon. grizz OCtoolguy
