Travis
Holy cow, that was an ordeal. The forum move went without a hitch. But moving the gallery was a pain! It took 2 days for me to work out the bugs and get it to function correctly. But I finally got it. A couple of notes now that we're on our new server: [*:9het48ca]Things are going to look a bit ugly for awhile. I lost some of my styling, so I'll be working on that over the next few days.[*:9het48ca]The Gallery theme is a default theme. As such, it doesn't have the navigation window at the top of the screen to bounce back and forth to and from forum. Just remember the forum is at http://www.scrollsawvillage.com/forum[*:9het48ca]Some of the Gallery functions have not been installed yet. The ones that come to mind is the BB Code and possibly the download cart.[*:9het48ca]Some other functions may not be turned on yet either. Since I upgraded the software to the forum and gallery, I have new options. I just need a few hours to go through and configure everything.[*:9het48ca]The Wiki is not available. I'll remove that link tomorrow. I'm still trying to decide if its worth putting back on. But right now, its waaaaay down on my priority list.[*:9het48ca]The newsletter signup isn't available yet.[*:9het48ca]Vector, I noticed you uploaded a few files to the gallery (I thought it was turned off with the board, but I guess not.) I'll track down those files tomorrow, so don't delete them or anything. Other than that, the forum and the gallery should work just fine now. If you run into any error messages or any other bugs (other than cosmetic stuff), post them in this thread. Thanks for baring with me during this move, guys. I know it sux not being to able to access a community you've grown accustomed to visiting with each and every day. I really appreciate your patience. Messman
Thanks for all the hard work Travis. There are only two things I noticed; First is that the file attachments did not get moved over. For example in the Pattern request section patterns that were attached to postings for individual requests did not get moved over, which I do not see as a huge deal. I am going to update the one I recently uploaded. But some folks may be looking for them and should be aware that they will not be there. Second, is the upload option in the gallery/library. You are probably aware of that since you stated that you upgraded things and have not turned everything on as of yet. So I thought I would mention it just in case you over looked it. Again thanks for the hard work.

WigWag Workshop
Thanks for all your hard work, it's greatly appreciated! I am currently working on a website, with a gallery so I know what a pain it can be. I am a computer geek, been doing it since '83, I also work in IT, however, I don't do much with building websites. Again, I want to say thanks for all that you do for the scroll saw community. Steven
amazingkevin
Life is back to normal now.I did'nt know what to do with myself with out starting the day opening ssv. From what i've seen this is going to be a more fantastice site than before.Change is allways nice .I can't imagine all that was entailed to do this feat but it's more than i can comprehend.Your handleing of ssv's affairs has been exceptional the years i've been here.Your hard to beat for the best of the best scroll saw sites.Do you plan on a scroll saw magazine in the future,as there are only two out there. Messman
Travis, The Gallery upload seems to be glitchy. I have attempted to upload a pattern (600kb) and I keep getting a blank screen after it has been submitted. I don't know whats up, but I figured I would let you know about it. I will try again latter on and let you know if it works or not.
