With all that said and I agree how the heck did he do this??? Some of those books are from the beginning of scrolling days. There are no CD's out of each and every book listed. Something is fishy to begin with and to charge that small amount. Lets say there was a way of doing this, imagine the time and money spent to do this.

Brenda I also sent a message to Bob Duncan who is one of the editors at Fox Chapel.  When I hear back I will let you know.

Once you buy the book, you own the rights to that book for your own personal use.  Scanning/copying is not a problem, as long as you don't go and sell those scans/copies for your own profit.  There may be a blurb in a book regarding cutting some of the patterns and then selling the finished projects, but that would be in the book itself.
