3Dface
long time no see. sometimes life gets in the way of spending time in the shop. i did manage a few hours this week to finish a portrait i began in Oct. before my new knee. this is project for pleasure. on the left: John Green, author of "a fault in out stars" and "Paper towns" on the right, john's brother" Hank Green, author of "an absolutely remarkable thing". together they began several educational channels on youtube and a channel called "Vlogbrothers" that has built a huge community that raised 1.5 million dollars this past December for "Drs without borders" among many others. in the center: Ester Earl, one of the first members of the vlogbrothers continuity and one of the most loving people i have ever seen. her amazingly positive outlook on life could not be shaken even by her terminal illness. she passed away at age 16 but lives on in the hearts of countless people that never knew who she was until she passed away. you can read her story in the book "this star won't go out". you can also see how she effected John Green by reading or watching the movie "a fault in our stars" , a story John based on Esther. amazingkevin, frankorona, Birchbark and 2 others
