Jeff Padell
I have been scrolling off and on for a few years, now that I have retired I wanted to do more. I joined the "Bay State Scrollers" I have done a couple projects, the one I am trying to find the pattern for is the Lighted Nativity Scene. I also scroll coins for pendants. Fir my wife for Christmas I did a portrait of our late son who passed away 2 years ago at age 29. I created the pattern myself from a picture. This is the lighted arch I will have to either try to create a pattern for or find it again amazingkevin and Phantom Scroller

Scrappile
Welcome to the village. You are an accomplished scroller. And now we have another coin scroller. Good thing! I love to see the coins. If you find the pattern for that Nativity, please let me know. I love the arches and I love nativity scenes. I have several of Volkner's patterns. meflick
Another East Tennessee welcome. Your work looks fabulous. I am sure your wife was happy to have such a great Scroller poertrait of your late son. My condolences on your loss. Randy, @hotshot does a lot of coin cutting and tried to get others interested, I think we are mostly intimidated by it. Perhaps with you and a Randy sharing, others will give it a try. Glad to have you join in.
spotsdad
Welcome to the Village from Canada. I too am scared to try the coins but do love seeing them. Nice to see a Canadian coin in your collection. Great job cutting. Dick
wombatie
Welcome to the Village Jeff. We have a new member @Sharon A that is interested in coin cutting perhaps you could give her some help. By the way you have some great work there, the pattern and cutting of your son would not have been easy but you did a terrific job. spirithorse
Greetings, Jeff, Welcome to the forum. I believe that lichterbogen is an Volker Arnold pattern and can be seen here.https://woodyoubelieveshop.com/product-category/volker-collections/ You may be able to find the single pattern elsewhere a I believe that link is for a collection of 3 patterns from 2006. At least now you can look for Volker Arnold patterns if you do not want that collection at that price. God Bless!
