scrollerpete Posted February 18, 2019 Report Posted February 18, 2019 I read the recommendation from Steve Good about this white magnetic board to put on the scrollsaw’s table. My saw that I bring with me in Florida had a bad table so I ordered this white board from Amazon, it has been on my table for 2 weeks now and I really like it, nice and smooth, slippery and the sawdust just flies right off. I would recommend this purchase. WayneMahler, OCtoolguy and lawson56 2 1 Quote

OCtoolguy Posted February 18, 2019 Report Posted February 18, 2019 Can you give us a link to the one you bought? The one Steve bought didn't cover the whole table. I see yours does. Thanks for the review. Quote

Foxfold Posted February 19, 2019 Report Posted February 19, 2019 I bought an A2 sized one that was big enough for me . A2 Plain Magnetic Sheet (0.4mm Thickness) I'm sure if you put the title into your search engine you'd find an American supplier. Our office supplies/ craft shops have them. OCtoolguy 1 Quote

sawdust1 Posted February 20, 2019 Report Posted February 20, 2019 Go to a place that makes car and truck magnetic signs. They have it in 24 inch rolls. Mine was 18x24 and cost me $10. I also cut a 3x3 inch square out for the blade. I cut 3x3 pieces of left over material . Now very easy to replace as needed . OCtoolguy 1 Quote

Davevand Posted February 26, 2019 Report Posted February 26, 2019 I use the same stuff on top of my table saw when I am using it for a bench or assembly. PVA glue peels right off OCtoolguy 1 Quote
