Standing Deer Intarsia

Time is a necessity when working with crafting an Intarsia project for sure.  You are doing great and I can see why your wife is finding you more and more projects she wants you to do. I usually end up sanding some part of a finger or a hand along the way it seems.  Presently, I have a "sanded" thumb.  Keep up the good work - each one you will find you improve your process. Thanks for sharing.

You sort of short changed yourself with the photo you shared, however.

Workmanship like that deserves a photo with a nice background that does not
distract from the project.

I agree 100%... In fact, I replaced the photo in my album with a photo of the deer hanging on my wall... Thank you for being blunt; sometimes we need a kick in the pants to get things right... ;)  Ok, I was able to replace the photo in this topic as well... I didn't realize I could do that until I just tried it... :)
