The company is called Techsmith and I have found Jing to be great. Give it a try. It won't cost you a penny. 1 What a mess and I'M HAVING PROBLEMS DELETING IT. What I FOUND. RJF https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html NOTE: Jing’s current video format (.swf) will no longer be supported by web browsers soon. You can still capture images with Jing, but if you need an all-in-one solution for image and video capture, we recommend trying Snagit. We are passionate about making it easy for anyone to capture and share knowledge visually and remain committed to developing a new, free solution as a replacement for Jing in 2019. I also went ahead and clicked on the dowload button. I downloaded the .exe file and could run it but I have already got it loaded on my computers. I have it on my desktop machine and my laptop. I run Windows 10 on both and also use Chrome as my browser. Give it a try and see what happens. I think it will run but at some point in time, they will stop supporting it but the basic program should not stop working. Give it a try. jing.exe
spirithorse
Unless I am mis-understanding this entire thread, you can do the same screen capture with the Snippit tool in Windows. God Bless! Spirithorse OCtoolguy

God Bless! Spirithorse You are missing the thread. The "snipit" has been mentioned. It was what I used up until I found "Jing". That was so much easier to use I stopped using "snipit". Now, this new software is also great and does many other things also. All 3 programs have their place and pretty much all do as needed. I just like the way Jing hangs around at the edge of my screen no matter where I'm at or what I'm doing. It is just very handy to use.
