Last weekend I fell and fractured the top of my left shoulder. No surgery needed but will stop my scrolling for 6 -  weeks.

That is a bummer as some of you know that I do scrolling as a fund raiser  for the      Arizona Lions handicapped camp.

Over the years I have been able to raise over $50,000 for the camp and now here it is the Winter visitor season, the best time,

Well it is what it is.

John, so sorry to hear of your injury and thst it puts you out of commission on scrolling and getting things to donate to your organization for their auction. Prayers said for a speedy recovery with no further issues.

Oh Boy... Not being able to saw really is a bad thing.. I was there 2-3 years ago as I ripped my calf muscle in half.. wasn't able to get out to the shop for a long time 8-12 weeks I think it was.. I sure hope you heal quick and get back to enjoying life very soon..

Oh John I am so sorry to hear of your bad news.  Take the time to go through your patterns and decide which ones you want to do when you are better and don't for get to rest.  Take care, I will be thinking of you.

Prayers for a speedy recovery!!!

Hmmm....wonder if Travis would be up for making one of the monthly scroll challenges a "Second-Hand Lions" challenge and see if folks would make a project to donate in your name?  What sort of stuff do you cut for your fundraiser?
