My first fretwork pattern

I made this basket as a Christmas gift. It turned out being a good learning procedure. It is made from 1/4" oak and walnut.

I hope to have a pattern posted before long, I made a few changes and made the sides a little higher. I what to make a cover that could be used and I thinking of using the sides for a wall clock also.
