Popular Post Dave Monk
Been really busy trying to get things finished up for the Denton, TX Arts and Jazz Festival April 26th - 28th. I found this clip art on Etsy. I made the plaque out of beech and walnut. Fab4, jollyred, RabidAlien and 12 others

I just started using it. It looks a lot like red oak except the grain is closed. The hardness is about the same. It is also about the same price. heppnerguy
Dave I remember when you first logged onto The Village. You were really new at scrolling, as I remember but you always spent the time and effort to do it right. You certainly have not changed your attitude about making that effort with every piece, and it really has shown through time. You have come from a rookie to a master of all you do. Your work has quickly transformed into some of the nicest work in The Village. It is always a pleasure to see your posts, as you finish yet another. I am awed by your accomplishment and dedication and you are an inspiration to many scrollers, now. That is a beautiful piece and I really wonder what it is that you are going to do next. I think you have done about everything there is but just when I get thinking like that, you come up with still another thing. So glad you are on our web site. It is a pleasure to have such a wonderful member of our world wide family as you. Dick heppnerguy Dave Monk and GPscroller 1
