I cut it from 1/4 inch poplar and the "frame" is 1/4 inch MDF. I want to thank Travis Cook for the pattern and it is definitely different! This was a quick pattern to cut and at the first show this past Saturday a lot of interest was shown! I do want to make a correction on the designer, it was indeed Falcon that came up with the design and not Travis Cook! Still don't know where I saw that on the pattern!
