Popular Post Greg Slagle
“Get to da choppah!” Lol. Quick Steve Good pattern for the father-in-law of my wife’s best friend. It is cut out of 1/2” Red Oak with a 1/2” Padauk base. I made it double sized so it is 21 1/2" long... flarud
Nice! I made one a few years ago to give to the American Legion. They were having an auction to raise money to help fight Children's Cancer at the end of a motorcycle ride. A guy bought mine for $95. I wanted it back, so I bid on it up to $40. I could tell that the other 2 guys bidding on it wanted it more than I did so I bowed out. Someone on this forum built one a while back with another Steve Good pattern incorporated into it,, it was cool. I like that you made yours bigger. Rob
I have cut that one. There's nothing quick about it as I recall. Anyway, it never sold and finally I dropped it so it ended up on the firewood pile. Great cutting, it must be quite imposing at that size.
