made this a time ago. need to find the pattern again. it was given to me. I would appreciate any help.

I would just put it on a white background and take a nice photo of it.

Then you will have the pattern and you can simply make it black and white so its easier to see.

There you go, thinking again!   We have an excellent copy shop close by, after doing what you recommended, I would have it copied in red, as red is  much easier on the eyes when cutting.
