This is the first video I have ever done so don't expect much.

This was my setup at the festival the last weekend in April. It was a 2 1/2  day event. It is usually attended by around 200,000 people.  It was my first year to participate.  Booth rental was $350, which to me was really pricey.  My spot was under a large canopy so I didn't have to worry about the rain. At the end of the event I decided it was a bargain.

Wow! Dave you are The Man! I am humbled by your fantastic talent. You should be doing classes. I would certainly be one of your students. Awesome display.

Beautiful work and display Dave, you set the bench mark so high with your quality cutting and designs, that i think that i am going to burn my scroll saw and take up model railroading. How did you make out with sales, was it what you expected, RJ

Dave,

Your display is FABULOUS!  Seriously! It is clean, not cluttered but yet you have many different items displayed!  I love it!

Good job!  I just wish I had that much time to spend in my shop to make everything I hope or would like to try to make.

Questions ... do you have a video or a picture of the front of your boot, showing how you displayed your "business"?

I really like your display!

Thanks for the kind words. Sorry......I did not take any more pictures.

Scrolling is certainly your calling Dave, you are a natural, everything you do is spot on.  Well done.

P.S.  You have a small Star Wars wordart on the left hand side, could you tell me where you got the pattern from please?  Cheers.

Unbelievable Dave with the quality of your work. But inquiring minds want to know! Did you sell that inlaid box that you showed off a few weeks ago that got so many raves from the troops.

I sold several  boxes but not that one. Lot of lookers.

Fantastic work. Glad you had a good event. Unfortunately the art and craft shows seem to be charging a lot more for there spaces.  I guess you just have to add it to the price you charge for your work. I think I will have to raise mine a bit this year to pay for entry fees. Again great job. Sure would like to see your work in person.

The good shows in this area can charge just about whatever they want. If you don't get your name in early you won't get a space.  I don't mind paying it because the events get sooo many people.

I live in a much smaller area than you do. Still you have to get your name in early to get a space. Actually the prices are not outrageous, I think the highest I have reserved for this year are around 90.00 a space and I reserve two to three 10x10 spaces. I just don't charge much for my crafts and need to raise it just a little bit. Everything seems to be going up. I sure like your display though. I also make wood puzzles and have not displayed them like you. I just have them in a large plastic tub. I think I need to get them out where they can see them individually. Hope your next events are great.
