National Donut Day Table Sign Pattern Mmmmm. Mmmm.  National Donut Day is the first Friday of June (coming up this Friday), so why not make one of these signs as you sip your cup of coffee (see yesterday's sign) and chomp on a nice chocolate covered donut. I cut mine from sapele wood which gives it that nice chocolate flavor then I added a carefully improvised base of same to bottom it out.   Free Pattern:http://baggetta.com/pebooks/puzzle_patterns.htm

Nice sign do your doughnuts have jam in them? or is it a donut over there?

They are "donuts" on this side of the pond, we are lazy and use less letters....   We have all kinds with all sorts of things on and in them.  I'll wait an let some police officer here give you critic on which are the best........😅

Where I live, my favorite thing in the related donut world is a maple bar.  I thought, for many years the everyone knew about maple bars..  Then when my son joined the Navy and went to the east coast for flight school.... no maple bars...  He emailed and asked us to send some maple bars.... No maple bars in the eastern part of the U.S.????  Where does maple syrup come from???

You asked where maple syrup comes from.  The best maple syrup cones from Quebec and, if you think maple bars are good, you should taste a maple sugar pie that was made in Quebec.
