It is approx.. 11" across x 12" tall, I started at the top of the right side worked that half down to the nose, then did the left down to the nose and the the rest.

Went through a lot of blades using a Pegas #3R Reverse Skip.  I was cutting 2 1/4" BB stacked.  It really ate up the blades.  Lost some pieces on the bottom piece of the stack, don't think I can save it.  I will try a different blade when I get around to cutting the elephant.

Start and work on it from time to time.  I usually have a few projects going at a time so I can switch around.  Work on one a while the set it aside and work on something else for a while.
