I did the project in the cheapest 1/4" ply. Lots of fuzzys on the back and I used a scroll reverse blade and a spiral for the letters.13" height x 15"wide

A torch works good to get rid of the fuzzies. Very low flame.

Thanks Dave i used a Dremil with an orange stone and it did the job way nicer than useing a dermil with a sanding drum!
