Pegas Double Skip Tooth vs FD Penguin Sliver

Any familiar with both of these to make a comparison between them?  I've used the FD-PS for many years, but was wondering how the Pegas DST perform.  They seem to be similar in tooth configuration.  I really like the FD-PSR for staying cool and not burning the wood.  Most times I am running my saw at full speed and the blade can heat up quickly.  Just wondering if Pegas version will work the same?

Just my opinion,  FD-PS and FR-PSR have been my go to blades for soft and thinner woods for a long time.  Usually in #2 size.  I have the tried the Pegas and they work fine but I find I use a size larger #3 where I would normally use a #2 FD.  I also find they are a little more aggressive than the FD.  Can't say I really like one over the other.  They are the same but a little different.......

I don't really think it would be worth changing if you are happy with the FD blades.... But you may find differently.

Never liked the skip tooth blades myself.. I will say that the Pegas blades do seem like they run a tad smaller in size than FD blades from what I've seen.. But I only used the FD Ultra Reverse and the Pegas MG so cannot really comment on the types you mentioned..

Wouldn't hurt to order a sample and see if they are something you like..
