I'm very pleased with the saw. Blade changes are very quick, with the toggle clamp system. Here's the progress today, although not long afterwards, it slipped out of my hand and broke along several short-grain sections! Ah, well, it was more of a test piece than a proper project. meflick, Foxfold, amazingkevin and 1 other 3 1 Quote
amazingkevin Posted June 28, 2019 Report Posted June 28, 2019 Ah, Love those blade clamps. You sure remind me of all quality times i've had on a delta. Quote
wombatie Posted June 29, 2019 Report Posted June 29, 2019 You did great. My first saw (well my husbands but he never used it he never had chance) was a Delta, I wore that saw into the ground. Love the photo of your cat, I love black cats, I've had 2. Marg Quote

We got the cat last year as a small kitten. My children named him Duncan, which I've since found means "dark warrior" and is certainly apt. When we took him to the vet for his first checkup, she lifted his tail and informed us that Duncan was, in fact, female! The name has stuck though. I'm going to see if I can produce a scroll picture of her. On another note, I drove past the Baggies' ground the other day, in between visiting customers. wombatie 1 Quote

The Baggies ground as changed a lot since I used to go and watch them play. Do you live close? Marg Quote

Do you live close? Marg Just over an hour away, in Shropshire. My local team is Shrewbury Town, but I don't really follow football these days. I suppose if I was into selling scroll saw work (once I've gained a bit more experience), football team logos could be a good earner. wombatie 1 Quote
