Rockytime
Jim Ern found this pattern in a magazine. This was an experiment. Wood is1X6 pine board. Since cutting pine can be problematic because of the grain I used this project to experiment with quite a few blades. The clear winner for me is the Pegas #7 Super Skip blade. It rips and cross cuts equally well and does not hang up because it does not discharge the sawdust quick enough. This was the first time using the blade. rjR
A very nicely made puzzle. Should be fun-- we have elections coming next year and I think you got a head start on the prime candidates there! Rockytime and kmmcrafts 1

kmmcrafts
Those turned out great.. I think I've seen that design before.. I've monkeyed around with blades like that many times.. mostly just to remind myself that Pegas blades are still better, LOL.. Nice thing about a Hawk and having a boat load of clamps.. I keep several blades clamped up all the time.. when something seems like it's really hard.. I will switch through the blades to see of another works better.. I stamped the bottom of the holder with the number size blade in that clamp..and can tell what blade it is by looking at the teeth.. amazingkevin and Rockytime 1

flarud
I had to take a second look at the big monkey in the middle. A piece of that puzzle fell in an awkward place! lol Rockytime
