JimErn Posted July 5, 2019 Report Posted July 5, 2019 All to often we post when we are dissatisfied, not this time - Kudo's to Ocooch Hardwoods. I wanted to share my experience with Ocooch Hardwoods. One board of Curly Maple arrived with a rotten spot in the middle of the board, about 8 inches long on one side and 5 inches on the other. I emailed them sending pics of the board, and the next business day I got a shipment notification that a replacement board was on the way, as well as an email apologizing for the board that was sent.. Outstanding response to the problem. So thank you Ethan at Ocooch Hardwoods for responding so quickly. Premier job of packaging. I purchased a box of cutoffs from them and asked if it would be possible to include a list of what they were sending so I could i.d. each species. I try to make my order big enough to warrant the $15 or so for UPS. Quote
