Floorboards

I have been given several lengths of laminated flooring boards & decided to have a go & try to cut something with them .I picked this pattern as it was fairly simple just in case it did not work out. I found it cut nice & clean with no tear outs etc ,but also I went through more blades than I normally do.

Very nice cutting.

I cut some of that back when, it actually "filed" the teeth off the blades I was using.  If I were to do it again I think I would use some of the used blades from regular wood scrolling

Nice job, that stuff sure is hard on blades. I did a room with laminate flooring and it managed to dull two carbide miter saw blades in a very short time.

Good stuff. I've used laminate flooring for signs before looks ok there's always cheap spare bits in the shops part boxes and people who have some left over from flooring there rooms. Roly

I have watched sparks come off my flooring saw cutting laminates. Made me think that sand is used making them to make them water proof cheaply? Very good quality cuts on the laminates. i could not add a like for some reason.?
