Popular Post barb.j.enders Posted July 15, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted July 15, 2019 From the same day as trying my hand at sign making. Plywood on cedar. MG#3 blade. Just have to put the finish on it. Planing to use spar finish. TripleJScroller, Lucky2, jollyred and 8 others 11 Quote
Wilson142 Posted July 15, 2019 Report Posted July 15, 2019 Nice sign. I've been using marine spar varnish for dog patterns I put up at our dog park. Using spar varnish on poplar, is the only finish I've found that can withstand the 115 degree sun and the monsoon rains. Plus I really like the amber tone I get. My father-in-law played for the Blue Bombers. His wife was from Winnipeg. barb.j.enders and amazingkevin 2 Quote

rjR Posted July 15, 2019 Report Posted July 15, 2019 A good job. Signs are more difficult than most realize, until they try to make some. barb.j.enders 1 Quote

His wife was from Winnipeg and is in the Canadian women's fast pitch softball hall of fame. Like the movie League Of There Own. Both gone now. barb.j.enders 1 Quote
