jollyred Posted August 9, 2019 Report Posted August 9, 2019 Any of the fruit woods, such as apple, would be good. I just made my great granddaughter a rattle out of cherry. Just be careful of the finish you put on it. Although they really don't need to be finished, I do anyway, just to keep it a little cleaner looking.
