Yes I agree .This is a 3 hour proto type, slow joe,  lol. Next one I'll scroll a notch to hide half the hinge. Am thinking about the bare wood to,maybe stain?

I thought it was an interesting and amusing little item when I saw it on Steve's site, but I never thought it would interest anyone enough to make it. Boy am I wrong, once more. It seems I make this error a lot on patterns I see.
