You might have a defective set of clamp screws or clamps. Something doesn't make sense. Plus #1 can't hurt to call them OCtoolguy
scrollingforsanity
Paul, I am no expert but I believe Ray has the right idea. I believe it is the ends on your thumb screws. They are not turning correctly and are bending your blades. f I get over that way I will bring you a new set to try. I am waxing my fifth wheel right now so it might be a while. The thumb screw ends I received with my Pegas clamps were bad. A new set fixed the problem. Or I could wait until you get frustrated enough with them to sell them to me for cheap. Ha! Ha! Just kidding grizz OCtoolguy
Norm Fengstad
I have a Seyco, purchased in May. The tension adjustment knob at the back of the saw will back off during cutting and the blade tension will be reduced . when this happens hockey stick distortion occurs sometimes. I find this very frustrating. OCtoolguy

I have been going to make a little jug to sand both. Waxing the fifth wheel. That is a lot of work... I'd help you b-u-t..... that is a lot of work......!! I meant to say make a little "Jig" not jug.... you can see where my mind goes!! Mine hasn't moved since then.. except when I purposely move it... SCROLLSAW703 and OCtoolguy
