How in the world do you break 7 blades?  Something isn’t right with your saw. I been scrolling for 10 years and maybe broken 3 blades due to cutting 1 1/2” stock.  Had blades come loose from the clamp an get bent but not break.

Hi Miran, It's not about just getting it done...It's about the journey getting there! And the reward is for us all to see and say what a great job you did on your project!!! Thank you for showing us,

Didn't meant it as just getting it done....more like wanted to see how it will turn out so just wanted to go on with it,,,,,( leaving the things that really had to be done for it WHAHAHAHA)

Exellent cutting! After this project you can say that you are intermediate level scroller, not a beginner

Coming from you on your own design: Thank you😊

You did an excellent job, well done.  Maybe be you were pushing too hard against the blades.

Marg

Yes, in turning I still find it sometimes a bit hard to stay in the right tension on the blades

Miran, that still came out great for a beginner. We've all broke blades and I'm still breaking some now and then. Sometimes stack cutting a project like that makes it easier to cut. Also depends on the type blade your using.
