Popular Post Jim McDonald Posted September 2, 2019 Popular Post Report Posted September 2, 2019 Every year, I try to do something special for my sisters, the in laws and special friends. This year, I dug back in the files for this Steve Good manger scene. It is six layers of cutting, plus a back piece and a two layer lid--so nine layers all together. Inside is butternut which was soaked in natural Danish Oil. (Went a bit darker than I had envisioned. ) Lid and backer wall are walnut. Everything's 1/4" and was stack cut in threes. As always, comments and suggestions are appreciated. amazingkevin, Foxfold, stoney and 8 others 11 Quote

JimErn Posted September 3, 2019 Report Posted September 3, 2019 Very nice cutting, they will be well received To late to do it now, but if there is a next time I would consider putting a single LED centered top back of it. Jim McDonald 1 Quote
rdatelle Posted September 3, 2019 Report Posted September 3, 2019 They look good. I made about 25 of them last year and sold them all for $20.00 each. I think I should of charged more. Jim McDonald 1 Quote
