Iggy are you okay?

Anyone hear from Iggy?  He lives along the NC coast.  I know that area took a hard hit.

I sent him a text a couple of days ago but have not heard anything. I would imagine he has his hands full battening down the hatches.

It looks like So. Carolina took it pretty tough. I sure hope to hear from Scott pretty soon. I'm sure he has his hands full right now.

Hey Gang, my apologies for not checking in.  It was a long week of anticipation waiting for Dorian to reach us and Thursday night was a bit of a ride with 62mph sustained winds for a few hours, but we came out just fine and amazingly didn't even lose power.  Most of the rest of the town did lose power and minimal issues anywhere in town.  We got lucky, it stayed just enough offshore (18 miles).  Any closer and it would have been really rough.

Iggy, have you been up to look at the solar panels (I seem to remember you installed them but I could be wrong - old age)

If you did, was that the reason you did not lose power, or were  your neighbors ok too.

Hey Jim, solar panels held up fine.  We only had 65mph winds at the peak.  Waiting to see how they do with 110mph winds.
