nice project. that should be inspiring to you when you saw the finished item. Some times I just want to hurry and see the end results. I know where you are coming from. but think back when you started it all and see what a normal piece of wood turned out to be because YOU took the time to make it

When I have a project that looks like its going to take a while, I also print out a couple of "quickies", usually wordart (Steve Good patterns, or one of my own), so when I get to the point where I really don't want to go out to the garage and cut more, I'll set the long project aside for a bit, and cut one or two quickies.  I've got some finished patterns to show for my time, a sense of accomplishment, and when I get back to the long project its like I'm starting anew. 

 

Great cut, BTW!!!  Do you have a pattern for this?
