Travis
Easter is sneaking up on us! I think its time for another challenge! This one is Easter themed. Entry is a snap. Just post a Easter themed cutting in your User's Gallery and link to it here! (If you don't have a User Gallery set up, you can find find out to set one up here.) If you're a pattern designer, spread a little Easter love and share an Easter pattern. Anything goes, religious, bunnies, or just spring in general! It'll be fun to see what y'all come up with. Happy Spring and Happy Easter everybody!
Travis
Here's an Easter puzzle set I did last year. 2 Bunny puzzles with 3 egg puzzles. Makes a nice centerpiece. Just cut from 3/4" stock and you're set. I colored the eggs with a watered down acrylic.
Christina
Way cool! Another challenge.............I do so love a challenge lol. Maybe I'll do better on this one! Great puzzles Travis. Those would be a perfect easter gift for the little ones too. Christina
Travis
Here's some bunny wheeled toys. I'd make the mama bunny and 2 or 3 babies to go along with it. Cut the mamma and babies from 3/4" stock. Use 1/4" dowel for the axle. The momma bunny uses 1.25" wheels and the babies use 1" wheels. I buy my wheels from the craft store, but if you wanted to make your own, patterns for the wheels are included too. I've included a 1" and 10mm square for scaling purposes. This is a quick and easy project for the little one in your life. Enjoy!

Travis
That turned out great, Vector! Great pattern, and I agree with Christina, the backer is a really nice touch! Good job!
greasemonkeyredneck
I am new to this site and aint really sure if my image is going to show up or not. It's called Christ Ascending though. It's a free pattern from Jeff Zaffino. It has close to 300 inside cuts.
Travis
Boy, that turned out great! I've had my eye on that pattern for awhile now. What are the dimensions of your cutting? Good job. You should put a copy in your User Gallery too (you can find a tutorial here)! Welcome to the Village! We're glad to have you on board. We have a lot of great folks here. Plus, it looks like we might learn a thing or two from you.
Vector01
Great work! You have a lot more patience than I do! I did 80+ and thought "never again."
greasemonkeyredneck
The dimensions are 11" x 14" plus 3/4" all around for the frame I built. The pattern was cut from Birch ply. The backer board and frame are mahogany. I wanted something a little special for this one. I will see about getting a gallery set up. I love showing off my clocks. My passion is building clocks such as the ones from Wildwood designs. Thanks for the compliments.

Travis
Great pattern, Linda! I really like that one. Be sure to upload that to the Pattern Library too. I think a lot of people will really enjoy that. Good job!
Travis
I hope everybody had a wonderful Easter! We had a lot of fun in my home. Big family dinner with lots of kids running around and getting hopped up on sugar! Here's some bunny cars I made for my son's Easter basket. Very simple, but he's thrilled.
