horses and leaves

hi  I made 12 horses 

nomally I draw animals inside outline

but I tried to darw without outlins nowadays

I learned new way to draw patterns

and some leaves for holiday gift

 

 

 

walnut and oak 20mm  thickness

bubinga ,teak,padouk and rosewood for leaves

 More fun from the other side of the big Ocean. So glad you are with us and post on a regular basis. It is nice when we get a new family member that logs on often. These will be nice gifts.  Hand made gifts are really special because you can't get them anywhere else and they are all made with a touch of love

Are the horses meant to be used as a stackable game? I have some patterns for children's games consisting of apes, sheep, elephants etc. meant to be used for children (or anyone) to take turns stacking to see how many can be added before it all falls down. Reminiscent of the old game "Pick Up Sticks" I played as a child. I believe those games are popular in Japan.
