Popular Post Foxfold
I had a day where 'nothing' went right. I couldn't do right, I couldn't say anything right, I broke a cup and a plate by not holding them right. So in the end I took myself off to the shed and picked a cute, easy, flowing piece to cut. Now I feel better It didn't take long to cut (1 hour) but when I'm at my saw the rest of the world goes away for a while, it's great therapy !!!! RabidAlien
Cute cutting!!! I cut this and put it up above my workbench a while back. There's just ....something... about scrolling that makes the rest of the world sort itself out a bit. bobscroll, amazingkevin, Foxfold and 1 other 3

wombatie
Scrolling gives you time out from life, unless you are doing a complicated pattern like I am now. You did a terrific job, he is soooooooooooooo cute and puts a smile on everyones face. Well done. John B
I know that feeling "Couldn't win a kick in a stamped" Glad you got out of your funk with a little help by a saw and a cute empriante (My Niece used to call them that). Jim McDonald
Scrolling is what keeps me on the socially acceptable side of sanity. With my saw back in the shop, I am at a loss for stuff to do after I leave work that doesn't involve more labor. Plates and cups are made every day--sanity is sawdust on the floor. Wilson142
Scrolling is my replacement for fishing Being born in Minnesota with all the lakes and streams, when things went sour, a few hours on the water cured all. When I'm fishing or scrolling, the only thing on my mind is right in front of me. All else takes a back seat.. heppnerguy
I love this little pattern. I am going to take another look at it and see if I can alter the pattern so I can cut it in my ' new way' cartoon type. Therapy is always waiting in the shop. Peaceful and relaxing, hard to find that everywhere, now day. Nice, cute project. Glad you posted it. I think your comments that go along with it, is a nice reminder for those who have not spent much time in their shops lately Dick heppnerguy Foxfold
