Jim McDonald
That is some precise sawing. Just gave me an idea if I can find some old school wooden dominos. epson, OzarkSawdust and OCtoolguy

OCtoolguy
What is the material? Very nice job of cutting.
epson
Thanks for the nice words. The material is Alucobond, two layers of thin aluminium with some polymer between,6mm all.I am not a jeweler and the pieces are really very small for me too,but I have to try it. I have a magnifier and,you know, if something can be cut it must be cut OCtoolguy
