epson
There is no pattern available, 'cause it was not designed for scrollsaw. I saved some Inkscape drawings,at that time, I draw outlines from the photo.I put them here and I hope it will help you.How I see ,from my own file ,the gears were 12cm diameter. Write me ,please,if you can not open the SVG files,I'll try to find another way to post them open-close outline.svg roata dintata 12 cm.svg Edited October 8, 2019 by epson OCtoolguy, Scrappile, Wilson142 and 2 others 3
Wilson142
Couldn't open the file but saving the gear image and using snip tool on sign for the letters should suffice. I'm gonna have to play with this one. Thanks RabidAlien, OCtoolguy and epson 2

Rockytime
Hi epson. Are you able to post details on how you weighted the last two characters. I'm having difficulty making it out on the photos. I've made the gears but am stuck with the last characters. epson

I do not remember but maybe the next video will help you. Those two counterweights were made by thin aluminium sheets,it's the only thing I remember...and the gears were cut from some laminate floor scrap ,6-8 mm,some HDF or MDF. BMO if you keep just a good sense proportion from drawings you'll figured out , after 2-3 attempts, where to put the pins to gain the best balance. More,on the E letter drawing you can see a small point,if you look better . Edited October 14, 2019 by epson

I thought I saw what were 2 appendages but could not wrap my head around how they worked. Many thanks for your clarification. epson
